3 Points for Success – from Mark Fowler: 
  • Check references on your installers. What training and education have they had? Price is not the best indicator for selecting a contractor.  
  • Properly done, cement stucco lasts the life of the building with minimal maintenance. Done wrong, it can be a disaster!  
  • Ask questions and use some common sense.  There is no “miracle product.” Good stucco relies on skill, education, training, and the application of all three to make a stucco job work.
